It has a fully equiped american kitchen which includes a full size stove with oven, a garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave oven, independant undercounter filtered ice maker, a water filtering system at the sink, a full size refridgerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes and all the utensels to make you feel at home.There is also a big breakfast bar with 5 chairs. Of course there is central A/C. It is in a gated community and has two wonderful pools. The grounds are meticulously maintained and there is a separate parking garage. The condo is on the 6th floor with private keyed elevators. There is a washer and dryer IN the condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, double closet, bureau and a 21 inch TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a big closet and a dresser.The terrace has a 4 seat table and chairs which can be moved indoors if you would like. The living room has a 29 inch TV and DVD player. Both TV's have Direct TV connected. There is a large comfortable sofa and a side chair as well. The hot water is provided by an instant hot water heater, no running out of hot water. There is a 500 liter reserve water tank installed as a back up, just in case. The floors are tile for easy clean up. Both bathrooms have full showers and the standard amenities.
