We are a fast growing staffing agency that finds remote jobs for people in South and Central America to work in companies in the United States. We are looking for a quick-thinking, technically savvy client relations manager to work with clients to make sure our staff is working as they should.
Your duties will be to contact our US based clients each day to help them improve operations and to task our staff that is working for them. To ensure our teams are working well for clients you'll also be updating reports with daily activity metrics and doing a weekly report for each client to re-cap that week's activities.
We place people that have telemarketing, marketing, graphic design, and web technology and programming skills. You will need to have some knowledge of technology in order to do this job effectively and have excellent excel or google sheets skills.
You must speak and write in English well and 'think quickly' in English. Our clients associate speaking and writing well with intelligence, and we need someone that will represent us well.
You will also be part of the management team in the company and will be a key decision maker about which clients we choose to work with you. You'll also assist the sales team and be a part of the calls when we discuss with new clients how our process works.

Since we are a fast growing company, there will be many opportunities to increase your base salary. As a management team member, you'll receive a bonus based on our revenues from your portfolio of clients after 90 days.
This is a long-term, career position, and as we grow you will be provided with staff to assist you in your duties.
