SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER/PERSONAL ASSISTANT

relocation assistance available

Looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER/PERSONAL ASSISTANT. Full time engagement. 120-130 hours per month.

RESPONSIBILITY: Advertising, communication with prospects (mostly scripted), qualifying clients and scheduling appointments, follow ups, basic research.

SKILLS: Basic English (most communication is scripted), great management skills, responsibility, ability to troubleshoot.

USE: Laptop, VPN, Tracking Software, Reliable Internet.
Work with FB (group, page, messenger), Gmail, Google Voice, Google Calendar, Craigslist,
(Medium, Calendly, Airtable - instructions will be given)

HOURS: Are flexible 30-40hrs/ week. US Eastern Time.
In general posting will have to happen at 8am. Follow up 12-7pm
Tue-Thu 8-8:30am (posting) & 12-7pm (communication/ follow ups)
Sat 11-3pm (communication/ follow ups)
Sun 12-3pm (communication/ follow ups).
Monday and Friday are off.
