We are looking for an office manager with a personality.We need someone who likes to talk on the phone.
- Is available for 6- 8 hours for two days a week and will progress from there
-Has worked in customer service
-Has a solid command of the English language.
-Internet connection of 3 Mb or more.
-VOIP internet phone which can be accessed through the computer for inbound and outbound calls
-follow up with leads, clients, calls and vendors
-advertise social media
- Headset: This headset can be simple but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
-Reply to emails and phone calls
-pick up the phone and talk
-report and add support
