I am looking forward to rent 2 rooms in my 4 bedroom house. This is a 1 family home in a residential, quiet area of queens. Within 2 blacks you have the q85, q84, q51, q4, q5 and 100 feet away is q42 buses. The Allen church is 1 short block away. I would prefer a responsible person to rent my beautiful home too. You should have a job and be able to show current pay stubs and ID'S. Reference is very important too. A non-smoker, social drinker would be the best person for us.
Also someone that does not bring the party home.
